I just wanted to send an email to compliment your company for a wonderfultour and a great driver. He was an excellent driver his knowledge of Tasmaniaand every place we went to was outstanding. The way he treated the more elderly was lovely. He mixed well with everyone and his driving on the more difficult roads was exceptional. I would without a doubt recommend your company.
McDermott’s Coaches are a shining example of the way Tasmania’s tourism industry should operate. They understand their product, their industry and their customers and consistently deliver the highest level of service.
When it comes to professionalism,... When it comes to professionalism, guest care and quality of vehicles, it would be hard to beat McDermott's anywhere in Australia. They were the official ground transporter for the 2018 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards, bringing guests from multiple locations to the site of the event on time and in comfort. For any conference organiser managing an event in Tasmania or abroad, make sure you consider McDermott's. Superb.
"The Qantas Australian Tourism Awards is a once in a lifetime chance to showcase the very best of a region. Showing a warm welcome together with the professional and punctual movement of over 800 guests for dinner was a critical start and end to the event. McDermotts were just a pleasure to deal with and the quality and condition of their coaches is superb. They assisted with clarity on the timelines to pick up from several hotels and deliver all guests promptly. As the event director, I appreciated not only the fact they were experienced and simply took care of the planning of the pickups, but that their drivers delivered to the very highest standard that was remarked upon by guests. I would never hesitate to recommend them "

This is an incredible once in a lifetime experience to holiday in Canada, including the Rocky Mountaineer rail journey, and board the world’s most sought-after cruise - the Alaska Inside Passage. We start with exploring Banff and Jasper from the comfort of the coach, the surface of a lake and the summit of the mountains! We hop on-board the renowned Rocky Mountaineer Train journey for 2 days through the heart of British Columbian Rockies, viewing some of the most stunning scenery on the planet before arriving at Vancouver. In Vancouver you will get to explore the city, its culture, cuisine and meet the loveliest people in this contemporary city. If you aren’t done yet after all these experiences, then you get to join the ‘Celebrity Eclipse’ cruise for the next 7 nights. The cruise hugs the west Canadian coast filtering through fiords and viewing the huge Hubbard glacier and onto the Alaskan coast. You get the opportunity to go ashore in far flung towns of Juneau and Ketchikan before disembarking in Whistler and slowly making hesitant routes to Vancouver airport.
