Overview

Explore the East Coast with McDermott’s Travel Club this July. We will be hosted to a behind-the-scenes tour and then enjoy the spectacular mid-winter laser show with Bicheno Beams as they light up the sky in a family (and penguin) friendly celebration of light. Join Wineglass Bay Cruises; be enthralled by the stunning granite coastline, including the dramatic pink peaks of the Hazards range and enjoy Wineglass Bay from the water, while keeping an eye out for local sealife. Our second evening we join Bicheno Penguins for their winter tour hosted at a private penguin rookery discovering interesting and insightful facts about penguins. We travel home via St Mary’s, stopping for lunch and pay a visit to the St Marys Cranks & Tinkerers, the self-proclaimed museum of interesting things.
